Exchange

You can always exchange your order within 14 days by placing a new order and mentioning in the notes section your order number

 Return

Refund is available only when receiving the order and before paying the courier for the order. Once you pay the courier for the order, refund doesn't become possible. 

الاسترجاع متاح فقط عند استلام الاوردر وقبل محاسبة المندوب على الاوردر. بمجرد أن تدفع لشركة الشحن مقابل الطلب ، لا يصبح رد الأموال ممكنًا

In Case of Defects

In case of defects, you can contact us through Instagram or phone @ 01000586061 and state the defect you faced. In this case you either refund or exchange. This process is possible within 14 days from the date of the order. 

في حالة وجود عيوب يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر انستجرام او الهاتف @ 01000586061 وبيان العيب الذي واجهته. في هذه الحالة إما أن تقوم برد الأموال أو استبدالها. هذه العملية ممكنة في غضون 14 يومًا من تاريخ الطلب.
